Technicians arrived at the scheduled time and replaced our boiler and water heater in a professional manner. Technicians were all very knowledgeable in their craft (quite unusual these days)! Work was successfully completed a few hours ahead of time and cleanup was spotless. I also compliment the office support staff on their courtesy, responsiveness, and professionalism. Steve was my contractor for my bathroom remodel. First of all, the job started and ended when Steve said it would, which is rare in the construction industry, in my experience. He and Suzanne were very responsive throughout the process, keeping me apprised of the progress and any issues that may need to be addressed along the way. Steve made sure that every detail was taken care of to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Springfield. They did a great job installing a new water heater. Then 2 days later I had an outside water emergency with a faucet. The owner came to my house and promptly fixed it. I am grateful for their help and would not hesitate to call them again.

Our 15 year old GE water heater failed and i was left with no hot water. Springfield immediately answered my query and were willing to install same day. The staff kept me informed of my job status throughout the process. Their workers arrived on time and completed the job in an hour. I was able to shower again 30 minutes later. Would recommend.

Suzanne in the office was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The men who came to the house were pleasant, professional, and explained everything they needed to do in order to fix my issues. They were prompt, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. Add the reasonable price I paid, and you couldnâ t ask for anything else. Iâ ll definitely use Springfield again.

Fantastic work. They replaced the water heater and main plumbing stack. Reasonable price, very nice guys and the work looks great. No complaints, would highly recommend.
