Our A/C condenser was not working and Nate diagnosed the problem and replaced the motherboard. He was able to get the system operating that day while getting the new part. Heâ s very knowledgeable and we have used him since then for the maintenance of our air handlers and our boiler as well. This company is well versed in many types of heating and air conditioning systems and has been maintaining and servicing my businessâ s heating and air conditioning systems as well as my systems in my home for a number of years. The owner is very knowledgeable and happy to explain whatever repairs and or maintenance is needed. His pricing is more than fair - this is not a business man who is looking to gouge his clients as so many service people seems to want to do. Additionally, this company does not keep people waiting for days when they have an emergency! I can highly recommend!

We had a couple split ac units installed by another company 3 years ago and have always had issues. The installer and the other companies couldnâ t figure out the problem and just wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount to clean the units. I have had my doubts anyone could sort out my ac units but Nate did and at an at a more than fair rate. I also had the oil burner cleaned and he did a very thorough job. Nate is personable, detailed oriented, and likes a challenge. I wonâ t go anywhere else for my hvac needs.

Nate is great! He was able to repair my heating system after a mistake was made by a previous contractor. He came to my rescue a second time, when my basement was flooded. Repaired my heating system and installed a new hot water heater. He is reliable, knowledgeable , answered all my questions, prompt, affordable and friendly. Definitely reccomend him for these mechanical needs.

His communication was great from first contact and after furnace cleaning was complete. He charged a fair price and is local which is always nice. We will definitely be using his services again.

Nate was fantastic, I called Nate 3 years ago when another company retagged my furnace because they said the chimney was collapsed. Nate came out and used a camera inspect the chimney,. There were no issues with the chimney only needed a good cleaning. He cleaned everything, serviced the furnace and had it back up and running in a few hours.
