"They did a great job and were extremely easy to work with. Mike was very flexible and helpful with our particular situation as it was not super easy install. The cost was a little high, but what plumber isn't. They did install the cartridge a little too close to the wall so as to make it difficult to fit the turning mechanism over the cap, though all things considered it is a minor issue. Overall, I was very pleased and would certainly recommend them."

"I was really impressed, the work was completed in just one day! The crew was super great, they had a bunch of people out. They did everything too I didnâ  t need to get really anything set up. We just made sure the walls were clear of anything so they had room. I needed 148 feet of drain installed and ordered 2 new sump pumps with it. It came out to $13k (I found a coupon too!) and Iâ  m just really glad to get this taken care of. My basement usually floods with heavy rain, legitimately half way full of water and we just had a rain (semi heavy) and itâ  s dry. This is the first time Iâ  m actually excited to see it rain next to check out the basement lol. I went into it expecting this to just help mitigate the flood waters but Iâ  m really hopeful this install will actually deliver 99% dryness ð   ð   . I do have to say, I wasnâ  t sure Iâ  d choose DryTech at first because I must have gotten 3-4 phone calls a day from their calling team after looking into waterproofing on HomeAdvisor.
