"The whole process from start to finish was extremely easy. I submitted a request on their website for a quote to get some work done on the brick work on the side of my house. Within 2 hours I had a call back and an appointment to have an inspection and quote done. Kevin who did my inspection was on time, friendly and did a good job explaining everything they would do. I had absolutely no draft, another company wanted to charge me $600 because my chimney is not standard height. They had all the tools necessary to clean it all the way up, not like the last company that came out. They cleaned the woodstove shelf-no company had cleaned that before and left the house without a trace they were here. Very respectful of keeping the place clean as they went.
