The water line was running along an inside wall, and we had already purchased the necessary faucet. When asked why it was so expensive, my wife was told "because it is plumbing". We declined having the faucet installed. Although the technician was very professional and courteous, we would hesitate to recommend this company, because of what we felt were excessive prices being quoted. We also would hesitate to pre-purchase any services through Angies List without knowing what the total cost would be before the technician arrives. We thought we were getting a bargain price to check out a company that we could possibly develop a long term relationship with. Instead we felt we were overcharged and somewhat taken advantage of since we had already paid for part of the job through Angies List."
