"We had an issue with our dryer that lead to the explosive gas/carbon monoxide detectors to go off and, subsequently, the fire department and gas company needing to clear our house. The fire department and gas company couldn’t determine the issue but narrowed it down to the dryer. I booked Eddie based on a quick search and review of ratings and he was able to book our appointment the same day. He was very thorough and able to narrow down the issue that ended up being super obscure and also super scary. Eddie provided fantastic service but, even more importantly, peace of mind after a very stressful situation. Our dryer was disassembled and fixed in what seemed like minutes. Home Crafters are very professional.  They were the first, after I had called 20-25 roofers, to actually call me back and give me an estimate.  They told me that they would not be the cheapest but they would do the work by the end of the year like I wanted and do a professional job. 

The main roof of the house had cracked shingles and looked ragged.  There were no leaks nor evidence of water leakage inside.  It had 2 layers of shingles on it.

Their estimate included:
- removal of existing material to roof decking,
- inspect deck and replace boards if required for an extra charge,
- Install 30 lb roofing felt,
- install 30 linear feet of ice and water sheild,
- install all new flashing,
- install new 30 year shingles,
- Install new aluminum fascia in front,
- install new aluminum gutter in front.

Total cost was to be $ 8225.00. 

The main reason I did not hire them was that I could not get over the fact that installing the gutter added $ 900.00 to the total cost. I thought gutter installation should have been cheaper.  It turns out that if I would have hired them I would have had the work done by December like I wanted instead of January-February.

I would definitely give these guys a chance in the future. They seem like real professionals.

I was very pleased with the work SL Contractors performed at my home. They completely remodeled my Kitchen and Bathroom.  They were running a special on Kitchens and Bathrooms, 25% off if I had them both done at the same time.  So I took advantage of the savings, which was a considerable amount.  I was not really sure how I wanted my kitchen to look. They had a designer go over many options as far as products, materials and floor plans. The designer drew a complete interactive blueprint just like on HGTV.  Complete with colors, cabinets, flooring, window treatment, the whole complete kitchen.  I was able to really get a good idea of what my finished kitchen would look like.  They completed the job on time just as it looked in the blueprint.  They took great care not damage or dirty the rest of my home.

?My adorable bathroom?.  The completed job is breathtaking.  They removed a wall to enlarge the room, to change my three piece bathroom to a four piece.  We had no tub.  They installed a walk-in shower with tile surround and floor to ceiling custom glass doors.  They also installed a soaker tub.  They included all the plumbing and electrical work too.  I feel that the price that I was charged is more than fair for the amount of work they had to do to give me the beautiful kitchen and bathroom.
