On the scheduled day, I received two or three updates as to the time the technician (Ryan again) would arrive. He completed the work (replace a gas hot water tank) in a timely manner and with minimal disturbance. He also had placed protective floor coverings from the entranceway to the work area. Finally, he explained what he had done and how the controls were operated. I would recommend this company."

"My service was for 4pm.  They called and asked if they could come earlier and that was fine.  The technician was not much of a talker and seemed to be in some sort of rush and had a little bit of an attitude.  But he was here for about 45 minutes and he was able to fix the furnace and then he gave me some helpful advice at the end.  (New filters and New Thermostat)  The price ended up being $158 but they have a $25 off on Angies list.  Just so you know it costs $95 just for the tech to come out.
