I called, out of the blue, and described my problem with our Bosch SHE55 dish washer. The door handle had broken and I thought that I could buy a new plastic control panel cover and install a new door latch, thinking that it had hung up and caused us to exert more pulling than the plastic panel would take. I had bought the parts at Ross Appliance and had done my best to get them installed correctly. But, to no avail, there were several problems with my installation, including my lack of understanding of the impact of the ‘child lock’ on the washer’s wash cycle. Finally, in frustration I called Daily Home Solutions and got Fast Eddie, I explained my problem, he quoted me a fixed price and told me he could be at my home in an hour. He showed up, as promised, and proceeded to work systematically through the series of, unknown to me, problems that were embedded in my attempt at the repair, eliminating each one as it appeared in his diagnostic repair sequence. This man knows Bosch dish washers very well, has a systematic approach to finding and solving their operational problems, has the patience and concentration to stick with the problem search until all have been revealed and attended to.
