This included various options and samples, and answering any questions we had. We even received a call from representative, Rita, for scheduling, and also was able to move up our installation to an earlier time. Both Cory and Rita explained what to expect on the day of the install. Mike R and Dan F arrived on the day of install, and explained what the plans were for the day. Prior to the start of the job, the traffic areas were covered along with the toilet and sink. Both were very courteous and professional also, and answering any questions we asked and explaining the procedure of their work. Upon completion and clean up, everything was left if perfect order. We are very satisfied with the people we dealt with, the company, and the final product. We highly recommend West Shore Homes"

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."
