Matt (technician) was great. Easy to schedule with, showed up on time, explained everything thoroughly before the job and during. Installation was a pretty easy process and he walked me through all the maintenance steps we’d need to do to keep it running smooth (which we’re pretty simple). He offered to check back in 6 months and he followed through. Would absolutely recommend him.

A super personable person that made sure you knew exactly what was going on with your system, how he was planning on fixing the issue, and anything you needed to know about regular maintenance going forward. He talked with me and listened to my problem, had a few suggestions straight over the phone, and set up a time to come out and assess everything and sent me an estimate the night he came out. Very highly recommend.

After having a presentation of a water conditioning system that I felt was more complex than I needed as well as too expensive, I went on Angiâ s website and got a call almost immediately from Matt who is with Chatfield Water Care. He came out soon after and checked my current water softener and knew right away it was no longer working. He did some texts, explained everything in very simple language, and emailed me a copy of his results along with a quote of the costs the very next day. Soon after, they came out with my new water softener and took away the old one. I noticed a difference in my water within a week. When I thought I would have to get a new dishwasher because my glasses and silverware always came out so cloudy, it turned out to be the problem was actually my hard water. Matt came back to check on the system, as he promised he would, and it all looks good. I am completely satisfied with my new softener. Matt was very professional yet friendly and made me comfortable in my decision to purchase the softener. I would highly recommend this company!
