"Rick Page always answers his phone. When I first called him, he came immediately to assess my needs for water mitigation/drainage around my house. He handed me copies of his Contractor's Certificate and professional card as he greeted me. He did a careful analysis, explained clearly how he would approach the drainage issues and my other needs, and sent a prompt email to confirm his proposal and the cost of the project (which I felt was very reasonable, in view of the challenges of the task). He gave me an estimated time frame for when he would be able to come to do the work. He stayed in touch with me during the interval of time while I waited for him and his team. All team members were cordial and hardworking. Rick remained with the team and worked along with them for the entire day. They cleaned up carefully at the conclusion of work, and Rick walked around the property with me to review what had been accomplished. "Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."

"The guys that came and did the actual work were very nice and did a great job . The problem was the management from Bill and down to Travis , my basement has a toilet that could not be moved .. well by the floor being jackhammered damaged the toilet it now leaking because of hairline cracks at the base , after contacting Travis and sending pictures to him their response was we will send you $100 and you can buy a new toilet ! When Bill bid the job he made sure to tell me about how they are insured up to 2 million dollars Thst $100 dollars doesnâ t really buy a toilet and then the cost of getting someone to install it will be hundreds more for that reason of them not wanting to take care of what they damaged I would not recommend ABC to anyone they got their money snd could have cared less about my issue !! Poor communication with this company and also the broom swept my basement I sm still trying to clean up the mess and it has been 2 weeks very disappointed ! I guess I should say buyer beware !!"
