Showed up / charged for a service call. Never contacted us again, with an estimate for basement bath or cost for a pressure regulator.

Frustrated with the extremely poor response from a local plumber I've been using for 45-years, I selected Taggart Plumbing after reading the good reviews on Angie's List. What also caught my eye was that they will come out if one is having an emergency. They responded very quickly. Their plumbers, Mike, Chris, and Visca are all Master Plumbers. The difference in their workmanship from what I had been getting from another plumber was astounding to me. They brought my water main, back flow valve, pressure regulator, and related parts all up to code in my 50-year old house. I especially appreciated their' pointing out the issues the other plumber hadn't been doing correctly all along. They explained everything extremely well, were very respectful, and I now feel much more confident in having the job done right. I'm going to rely on their help from now on. There's a huge difference in using highly trained, credentialed professionals. Their' professionalism shows in the high quality of their work, even in the condition of their vans, and their' having parts with them. It's awfully nice to now have good plumbers I can trust when I need them.

Plumber was on time and very professional. Work was satisfactorily completed in a timely fashion. (Location of leak had already been identified by bldg maintenance person. Condo unit. ) While we appreciated Taggart’s timely response, we believe we paid dearly for it. Plumber had to increase opening in ceiling made by condo maintenance. Replaced leaking copper pipe. Ceiling left open to air out.

Very well. Visca came the next business day and immediately was able to point out issues that would not only fix the pressure but also update the plumbing to keep it up to code. He performed each aspect the next day very efficiently. He was also excellent at explaining to me in terms so that I could understand what all he needed to do & how new valves would work.

Where do I begin. I should say this will be long so to put it simply I had the best experience with Taggart-Visca did everything in his power plus more to fix the multiple and I mean multiple leaks that sprung up throughout the day. I would and will recommend them to anyone and will always call them first for any future repairs. It all started with a leak in my ceiling that seemed simple enough. It had done damage so I had someone out to remove the damage then I had contacted Taggart Friday night and they were able to set me up for Sunday (I was out of town Saturday). Thus begins the day. The leak in the ceiling was repaired quickly and went well. I was convinced I heard drips in my wall in the bathroom. He cut open the wall bam a leak. I thought I heard one in the other wall. Cut open the wall no pipe but a drop of water splashed past. Look up the to ceiling it’s the unit above me pipe that is leaking this time. Get that one fixed. He left. I sat down for a bit but thought to just look over the disaster that my bathroom had become... Another water drop splashes down. I call him back in disbelief no way it was happening again. Initially thought maybe wait til Tuesday but Visca came back same day (a Sunday evening at this point mind you) to rip down even more of my wall and ceiling. This leak was probably the most fun as it went from tiny pinhole drip to a tiny stream of water in seconds. Leading me to discover my entire ceiling and walls probably need redone. I have to say that through all of this he didn’t hesitate to find the leaks or rip through walls. He also kept up pleasant conversation which honestly kept me sane, almost have to laugh at these things or you’ll cry. Watching your place get ripped apart and seeing water splash down just isn’t fun but Taggart Plumbing and Visca made it bearable and repaired all of the damaged pipes.

Amazingly. Very punctual with calls and work times. The price was 50% less then competitors for higher quality work. I have no knowledge of plumbing and they explained everything in detail. They explained what had to be done and what was added costs of competitors to gauge the price. I’ve had them come back for other projects and needs as well.

Taggart Plumbing did a great job replacing my sewer line. They are both time and cost efficient, professional, and easy to work with. They're a family-run company who care about their customers and the receptionist was very helpful with any questions I had.

Our gas fire pit would not light. Taggart Plumbing quickly figured out we had water in the piping and fixed the issue. Taggart Plumbing has been our go to plumber for many projects. They are always professional, prompt and fairly priced.
