"Davidson and Son. I had a deck around my pool put up exactly 1 year ago from today by Justin’s and his crew and it is now separating from every joint and he refuses to fix it. He told me he would be back last year because the wood started to warp after a month of being up and he never came. I let it go because it was only a couple pieces but now the entire deck is separating. There are a ton of nails and screws the deck posts were pit directly into the ground instead of using sona tubes so it will surely rot a lot quicker if it was done the right way. Mind you this is someone I have known for years as well and does not stand behind his work and told me he spent enough time on it and will not fix it and doesn’t make the wood. Except if everything was plum etc. it wouldn’t be doing this."

Ken, co-owner and project manager of Mr. Contractor, and his team take professional service very seriously as Ken, would often say our overall goal is to please the customer. Indeed, they did! *Very well managed large project finished on schedule!!! Our project was a complete basement overhaul and new bathroom on the first floor. From a new dug out cement floor to sheet rocked and painted walls, enclosed closets, open shelving to new vinyl flooring and a separate utility room our basement was transformed! I still get tears in my eyes as I walk down the basement stairs!! *Excellent quality of work by seasoned craftsmen!! Mr. Contractor has their own permanent crew of workers that have 15-20 years’ experience working with the family-owned business established in 1949. I was very impressed with their apprentice/mentoring approach to developing their team of craftsmen someone with less experience worked closely with an experienced craftsman. *The work was reasonably priced and negotiated. All materials were included in the price *Workspace was always clean and orderly!! Having had a couple of renovations done before, I’ve heard contractors say they clean-up at the end of the day, but nothing compares with Mr. Contractors team who not only thoroughly clean the workspace, but also organize their tools and materials for the next day!! They also removed any debris and trash daily. *I cannot emphasize enough how smoothly our project was managed, the quality of work by Mr. Contractors team of crafts people, and the attention placed on listening to our needs, concerns, and feedback as clients."

The initial consultant was highly professional and it never felt like he was a ‘salesman’ with high pressure tactics just trying to get his commission. I have never refinished a basement before and assumed it would be the same as any other room in the house but I felt extremely reassured about the materials and methods used to keep the basement in the best condition as possible. When it came to the instillation, I cannot speak highly enough of the people that made it happen. "I hired Bella Brothers to build a new deck and a roof above the deck, where Zoning was required. The Architect drew up the plans and License & Inspection approved of the plans, unfortunately, Bella Brothers decided to change the plans, while building the roof!! They never completed the work and Iâ m left with a roof that L&I has written up for many â VIOLATIONS!â All of the wood that was to be covered with siding, soffit, and capping are all exposed, warped, cracked, and the ceiling of the roof is covered with black, white, and gray mold spores!! Iâ m now forced to have to sue Bella Brothers because the owner refuses to follow the requirements that L&I stipulated, where the roof has to be â torn down and rebuilt!!â The owner also had the audacity to attempt to extort the remaining balance owed , to be paid all up front, in order for him to complete the work, when thereâ s more work uncompleted than money owed because he has already been paid over 92.9% of the bill, and I only owe approx 7.1% of the remaining balance!! Please be very mindful if you choose to do business with this company!!"
