"I was looking to completely remodel two of my bathrooms (demolition job). I hired Belmax (Maksim) based on reviews and the estimate for the projects (i.e. $15K). I could not have been any happier with the work that Max and his guys performed. Max is very professional, detail oriented, and the quality of his work is EXCELLENT. Living in my house for over 15 years I have never been more satisfied with a contractor. He is very transparent and trustworthy, keeping me informed of any decisions/deviations from the original plan. The project took slightly longer than expected but not due to any fault of the company. There were some "unexpected issues" with the main bathroom that caused the project to take slightly longer. Max and his team was here every day working. There was very good communication and he kept me updated throughout the entire project. "We called Bryan to paint our finished basement and install new baseboard molding. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The paint lines are very clean and the molding looks great. The guys also put a fresh coat of paint on all our doors and existing molding so everything has been updated. "We used Merryfield for this siding project, which was part of a kitchen remodel.  Our contractor did not specialize in siding and asked that we have the work performed by someone else.  We needed siding installed where a window was being eliminated to make room for additional cabinets.  The process was easy for this project, from estimate to completion.  They worked within the requests of our kitchen contractor and the work was done quickly.  The siding on our house is old and not readily available.  Merryfield was able to source the replacement siding even after we were told by another company that this was not possible.

Overall, Jesse and his team were wonderful to work with.  They were all very respectful and nice.  The team tried to leave as much as the wiring and the floor as possible, as not to demo everything.  In the demolition process, however, some of the screws for the light fixtures went missing (not a terrible thing, but a small hassle).  The whole process took about a week, and the drain and the walls were fixed.  Our house doesn't smell moldy anymore which is a great plus!  Two small things which bothered me slightly after the fact, was that the foreman, Bryan, said he would return a window insert for our basement window, which he hasn't done yet (it keeps air from entering the basement).  Also, instead of unscrewing some piping around the dryer vent, it seems that they have just ripped it out (but that was an easy fix on our end...we just got a new aluminum pipe for the dryer).

The team put plastic sheeting down to protect the furniture on the first floor where they had to come in and out of to get to the basement (we don't have basement access).  They also did a cursory cleaning before they left each day, which I appreciated.  It wasn't a deep clean, but that wasn't expected either. 

Jesse offered, kindly, to help us find some contractors who could help replace the drywall/studs and retile our floor; however, his contacts were all busy and weren't able to help us.  We ended up contacting some contractors through Angie's list to help us return our basement to its finished self. 

It has been about a week and half after the work was completed, and the system seems to be working (and we have had some crazy rain storms).  Although there is a puddle of water that collects around the lid of the sump pump, which worries me slightly.  I have called Jesse to ask him if that's normal, but otherwise the work was well done!
