Ken came to look at the basement and emailed me a proposal within a week. He had a couple of good suggestions for things I had not thought of. We decided on a date and Ken and his son arrived on time on the day we choose. The waterproofing left a 3 to 4 inch wide trench in the floor, all the way around the basement, so they had to frame out the walls to cover this trench. They also had to cut back the grid for the existing dropped celing to accommodate the new walls. They enclosed the new sump pump behind a door (looks like a little closet) framed out the basement window and ran a permanent electrical outlet for the sump pump since the waterproofing people had left it plugged in to an extension cord that ran to the other end of the room. This job was done with good attention to detail and looks beautiful. I am very happy with the way it turned out.
