I could not have been any happier with the work that Max and his guys performed. Max is very professional, detail oriented, and the quality of his work is EXCELLENT. Living in my house for over 15 years I have never been more satisfied with a contractor. He is very transparent and trustworthy, keeping me informed of any decisions/deviations from the original plan. The project took slightly longer than expected but not due to any fault of the company. There were some "unexpected issues" with the main bathroom that caused the project to take slightly longer. Max and his team was here every day working. There was very good communication and he kept me updated throughout the entire project. I was so impressed and happy with m bathrooms that I hired him for additional work in my dining room and will be reaching out to him next year when I am ready to remodel my basement. "I was a little leary at first hiring a contractor to remodel my basement at first considering the fact that I am a carpenter myself. My wife was 8 months pregnant at the start of the job which is why I did not do the job myself. From the first day that Josh came in to look at the job he was very courteous, professional and knew what he was talking about. Being in the trade myself, many contractors act like they know what they are talking about but it stops there. Josh and his crew KNEW what they were doing every step of the way. We had at least 2 or 3 more than minor changes which could have caused a delay on the completion of the job but they still managed to complete it a day early. A few things that I really did appreciate was the fact that I didn't have to wait a week for an estimate, which did come in considerably less than the other ones I had gotten. Josh had constant communication with me and even when I would bug him and he was busy he would get back to me promptly. The professionalism, quality of work and willingness to do whatever had to be done to not only make sure the job was completed but make sure the job was completed flawlessly."
