John was extremely reliable and answered all of my questions after the initial walkthrough. A proposal was submitted hours after the initial walk through, which accentuated the high communication that John has with his clients. The communication process was seamless from the proposal all the way until the work was completed. John even discovered some issues with the roof while he was performing the electrical work that I was not even aware of. John was honest, hard working, and efficient with his work. I will be using his services in the future.

The level of knowledge and the ability to be transparent by setting clear expectations was very helpful in getting the project completed. The back up generator was installed properly without making a mess inside or outside my home.
