Joe and his staff are top notch. Responsible, efficient, clean, considerate work all around. And most importantly, honest! The subcontractors were also superb and easy to work with. Joe also did a flawless full basement renovation several years ago in my home. Highly recommend and will definitely use again for any future needs!

Joe Napoli has always done an outstanding job. He has remodeled every room in my house.This include my basement den, my kitchen, dining room including stair case, living room including replacement of my front door, two bedrooms, and my bathroom. He also replaced all my windows and my sliding glass patio door. Whenever I need any job done in my house I will always call and hire Joe.

Joe and his guys did an excellent job. Demolition was done quickly and construction began soon after. They always showed up on time and were respectful of the house. They are very trustworthy and were even able to work when I was not able to be at the house. Anything unplanned that came up was discussed and reviewed with me before anything was done. I was extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend his team for future projects.

Joe is very professional and his team finished the entire job while I was out of town over a 4-day period. I came back and things looked great! I requested some additional minor work be completed and they did so within just a couple of days at no additional charge. Price was slightly higher than some competitors, but close to the average quote. The job they did was excellent though and worth some extra money if you can afford it. Joe and the guys who worked for him were courteous and responsive and I am very happy with the work.

The transformation was incredible. Joe and his team were incredibly professional and worked with us to ensure that we where not inconvenience during the remodeling, especially given these were bathrooms. They took care to ensure that all of our belongings and other parts of the house where not impacted by the construction and the demo dust.

all work was done as promised; everything was cleaned up and all debris removed. the workers were always courteous and responsive to any questions that i may have had.

There were a varitey of 'surprises' relating to permits. architects, subcontracors, inspection delays, but the contractor was unperturbed. The architect came of with a novel approach to supporting the floor in the new bedroom which gave me great clearance below the floor to store my stand-up paddle boards.  Instead of normal 2 x8 joists with 3/4 plywood inch flooring, he specified 3 1/2 inch x 9 inch laminated joists siting on 4 x 4s with 1 1/8 plywood flooring.  The contractor did not complain or ask for an extra due to  the architect's novel design, even though he had a hard time finding the 1 1/8 inch plywood and heh ad to drive far out of his way to purchase it.  The contractor did a great job and was always willing to accommodate my requests to provide items that may not have be fully specified in the drawings and he did not ask me for any extra compensaton to cover those items.  Overall, he was very responsive - a pleasure to work with.  I would hire him again!

I have been a client of Napoli Builders for several years.  The company was recommended by a
friend.  I thought that their first job was going to be a simple leak
repair around a window in an addition I had put on the back of my house 5 year
before.    Joe (Napoli) discovered that the roof of the addition
was actually slanted towards (not away) from the house and water pooling on the
roof had seeped down the walls and rotted the wood away under the siding.
  He rebuilt the damaged part of the walls, replaced the roof and
installed new siding on the entire room.  The work was done in three days
at a very reasonable price ? especially considering what I had paid for the
addition in the first place.
 I own a Philadelphia row house that is over 100 years old and, to use the phrase, there is always
something that needs doing. Napoli Builders has become my go to
contractor.   If Joe can?t do the work I need done he always
recommends someone that does excellent work.  I am sure that Joe Napoli
has many virtues, but there are three that I appreciate most. He arrives when
he says he is going to, he does the work he tells you he is going to do and
there are no unpleasant surprises when it comes time to write the check.
