"I was a little leary at first hiring a contractor to remodel my basement at first considering the fact that I am a carpenter myself. My wife was 8 months pregnant at the start of the job which is why I did not do the job myself. From the first day that Josh came in to look at the job he was very courteous, professional and knew what he was talking about. Being in the trade myself, many contractors act like they know what they are talking about but it stops there. Josh and his crew KNEW what they were doing every step of the way. We had at least 2 or 3 more than minor changes which could have caused a delay on the completion of the job but they still managed to complete it a day early. A few things that I really did appreciate was the fact that I didn't have to wait a week for an estimate, which did come in considerably less than the other ones I had gotten. Josh had constant communication with me and even when I would bug him and he was busy he would get back to me promptly.
