"This is the second time I’ve used Advanced for my basement waterproofing needs and they were again fantastic. Work was done well and it was easy to schedule. They are low pressure so if you have a project and just need to get an opinion, reach out to them. Chris is great and very attentive and helpful. Both of my waterproofing jobs still cost less the the initial job from one of the big companies, so I was really pleased with their work and price. They did a nice job cleaning up (but concrete dust gets everywhere so I still have work to do). Highly recommend!!!! I also live in a township with strict permit codes and they knew to check and help with that process (the other company did not)."

"We were referred to Bill by someone working on our house, and we’re so glad we reached out. He responded immediately—which is rare these days—and provided a clear, reasonable estimate. We agreed to move forward that same day. The waterproofing work was excellent. Bill’s crew was professional, friendly, and happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Their concrete work was top-notch, and they left the space clean and tidy when the job was done. They also took the time to walk us through everything they had completed, making sure we understood each step. It’s been a month since the work was finished, and we’ve already had a couple of major rainstorms—including one with rainfall hitting 3 inches per hour. In the past, that kind of weather would’ve guaranteed a wet basement. But now? Not a single drop. We couldn’t be happier with the results. I can’t recommend them any higher. 5-stars+. "

The price was very competitive and included more site prep than any of the other quotes I received. "The crew worked on our driveway in late July, early August. We’re very dissatisfied on how the job turned out. They cut out the bad section on 30 July and filled it with some sort of gravelly cold patch. The crew came back about a week later and sealed the driveway Problems: They DID NOT seal the gravelly patch area.........actually, they did seal a small portion of it, but that portion cracked within a few days Leads me to believe sealing any of it was a mistake as they must have KNOWN any part of the patch sealed would crack, but, of course, that leaves the driveway unfinished Highly related problem: The patch still has not totally dried, I can still push in on it with my thumb - and the situation is not getting better Hard to see how this job to be anything but a failure - ie, a waste of $3,600 Sign Grace Betts"

Portion of email sent to owner on 10/23/25 follows- "I am relieved that our difficulties with your company occurred after the completion of our driveway paving project on 8/20/25. Your crew did an outstanding job and we continue to praise them and their fine work. Sadly, it is the failure of your company to honor the promises that Joe made on 8/21/25, 8/22/25, 10/2/25 & 10/17/25 to send us a $100 check for work not completed and email or mail us a copy of our final bill that has caused us to reconsider our high praise. I'm glad that business is going so well for your company that you can operate with a business model that does not put a premium on customer satisfaction. I should have believed all the negative reviews that I read online that targeted your company?s frequent failure to respond to customers." "

"They diagnosed the problem over the phone, without even so much as taking a look at my bathroom. They showed up the next day, did something in the bathroom for about an hour and charged me $185. The leak hasn't been fixed. One of the plumbers also recored my living room without my consent or knowledge. That's a criminal violation of my privacy, and if there was any audio recorded, that bumps it up to a third degree felony. I only dicovered this because he decided to do it right in front of my Blink vide doorbell and got himself recorded doing it. Your site won't allow me to upload mp4 files, or I'd send you the evidence."

"We had our basement waterproofed by Baker's. It's been bone-dry since. We did have one piece of equipment fail within a month of the installation, but it was a third party dehumidifier that was just a dud I guess, no fault of Baker's. I texted the project manager about it on a Sunday. I expected a response the following week. He got back to me within the hour. The equipment was removed and replaced within a couple days. Everything great since. I would highly recommend Baker's, but specifically our project manager Nathan Goddard and the head guy on site Daylan. Can't remember his last name, but he's got a long beard and did a great job. Thanks to both of them and the rest of the guys."
