"A Cut Above many other Contractors! We had needed brick pointing done on our home for a few years. We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. The door install required that a steel lintel be moved up to accommodate the height of the new door. We were very fortunate that we called Michener Chimney and Masonry to come and have a look. They came out in a timely fashion and gave their estimate to us in just a few days. Once we agreed to get the work done, Jim and his team from Michener began the work quickly. They were professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on all of the aspects of the project. Communication with them was easy, clear and accurate. "Clark Phillips personally came to give me a quote on the work, then a few weeks later his mason, Brandon called me to follow up and he also came out to look at the work that needed to be done. Then called again to see if I wanted to schedule. I felt very secure with their assessment of the work and estimate so I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done early December. They called to delay it a few days due to the weather. When Brandon began the work he completed it within 2.5 days. He was very neat and cleaned up everyday. Both of my waterproofing jobs still cost less the the initial job from one of the big companies, so I was really pleased with their work and price.
