"I was having trouble with one of the zones in my house with our alarm we purchased with ADT Premier Provider. Ryan came out and checked the system and the battery in the control box; and those were all good. He determined that the sensor on the slider door was the problem. He cleaned the track, reinstalled the sensor on the door and secured it. The last thing he did that put his service OVER THE TOP was that he knocked down a large wasp nest that was in an area I couldn't reach even with a ladder. This was the best customer service we’ve seen in a long time!!"

"I needed a home security system for my 81 yr old mother who lives in the Lehigh Valley. I called all the top names in the business and would only be able to speak with a sales center. When you call Shield you speak directly with the owner Art Rosenberger. I explained the situation and Art suggested a set up that addressed all of our needs and concerns. On top of that Art was there for the install. His guys were all very professional and took the time to explain the system to my mother, who is not tech savvy. His price is very competitive and the product is fantastic.
