"I had the attic of a rental property converted into two bedrooms which needed framing, hanging sheet rock, base board molding installed and handing doors. Tom was able to fit me into his schedule and complete the work with-in 2 weeks. He came back quickly fixed a few misunderstandings as to what my expectations were and it looks great. "We had a couple split ac units installed by another company 3 years ago and have always had issues. The installer and the other companies couldnâ t figure out the problem and just wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount to clean the units. I have had my doubts anyone could sort out my ac units but Nate did and at an at a more than fair rate. I also had the oil burner cleaned and he did a very thorough job. Nate is personable, detailed oriented, and likes a challenge. I wonâ t go anywhere else for my hvac needs."
