"IPS has gladly provided estimates for this consumer on multiple occasions dating back to 2013 - although the consumer has not moved forward with any projects. Most recently on June 20th 2017, this consumer inquired about whether IPS installs custom decks. We immediately responded that we do install decks but unfortunately were booked solid in our schedule for next two months as we didn't feel a need to go through the estimate process. Just two weeks later, the consumer contacted us again for a "rush" installation of a mailbox. It became apparent the consumer was not interested in completing any projects, therefore no response was provided on this occasion."

"While we did have an estimate in the works for some interior work, the consumer fails to mention that we responded to an emergency service call to his home at 6am in the morning for a leaking water heater. Once on site the client shared that it had been leaking for weeks and wasn't such an emergency after all. Water heater was illegally piped through his boiler and he wanted us to do another illegal installation. We communicated that we would not be able to perform the illegal installation at which point he asked me to quote the job properly. We gave him a quote that very morning to which he decided not to move ahead. During this time we moved ahead with other work for which we were contracted and could no longer provide the installation dates he wanted on the interior work. We strive to be very upfront with potential clients as to waiting times and work we have in our queue. We never want to provide an estimate for which we will not be able to perform the work. The 6am service call was free of charge as we performed no work for this consumer."
