I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars. I later used him for plumbing repairs and other issues on my rental properties as well and his work ethic and performance far exceeded my expectations. I will be using Fred with Integrated Property Solutions for everything going forward. I just wish I could get the last 10+ years back of wasting time and money with general handymen. It will cost more but it is so worth it to just work with a reputable company that has a public profile with tons of positive reviews. If you have rental properties your tenants will stay longer and therefore increase NOI over time.

IPS responded quickly and fixed the issue (gutter pulling away from the eave) the next day. They also took care of another issue that I was aware of which had worsened considerably - broken boots that surround the bathroom & kitchen exhaust vent pipes on the roof. One reason that I called IPS is the trust that I've developed with this contractor dating back a few years when I was seeking an estimate for enlarging the kitchen. Fred, the owner of IPS, patiently explained a variety of options but did not push us. We appreciated that he was willing to provide advice that helped us, even if it meant that he wouldn't be getting work from us that day. For that reason, I'll always be confident in using his services.

Tony, my assigned handyman is a bright and creative person of unusually varied skills. It seemed that he could lay his hands on an appliance and diagnose the problem in minutes-then fix the problem that hadn’t been done properly by his predecessor. He is very alert and responsive to my thoughts and suggestions and successfully dealt with the items on my list. I expect a return visit to deal with a roof patch and gutter flush that rain had prevented on the day of his work.

I was stuck in 8" of snow. AAA could not get me out. My car was stuck for 3 days. No one had a truck that could help but IPS. Fred came right away, was very professional and did a great job.

It went as I expected. I have used Integrated Property Solutions ever since I moved to Allentown Saturday evening the light switch in my bathroom broke off in my hand, I never in my 70 years even heard of that, it left me in the dark, and nervous about an electrical shock and or fire. Needless to say, I panicked and called Fred at Integrated Property Solutions and He heard the panic in my voice and agreed to come out on an emergency basis on a Saturday night to my rescue. Always there when I need them. This is a professional, efficient, and super reliable and honest company.

Exceptional. I called today because of the forecast for heavy rain and they came within the hour. Unbelievably efficient and professional. Completed job in a timely manner with no cleanup left for me. As I have stated previously, this is the only company I would utilize for any and all property issues.

The jobs not done yet, but right out of the gate I was impressed with their courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism. They are very personable and clearly capable of taking care of my issues, which include plumbing, patching, carpentry, painting, and water/mold mitigation. They were able to come out quickly when I needed them, and are working with my schedule to get the job done. I'll be sure to update when the jobs complete!

Last year we hired Fred to help remove some old mold from our basement, treat the area, put in new insulation and finally helped us clean out the basement. Very impressed with his work ethics and the reasonable prices he charged us. He has since been back twice to repair our leaking chimney and some various plumbing issues. He can handle anything we ask of him! Highly recommend!

Absolutely the only company I would use. I have used this company many times, and I have never been disappointed. They quickly responded to my request and the work was done almost immediately. The chimney was in serious disrepair and need to be rebuilt. New mortar and tuck work, new chimney crown and cap along with roof flashing repair. They arrived early and began the job immediately. They worked in a diligent and industrious manner, the work was completed and there was no mess for me to take care of. They are professional, skilled, efficient, and completed this project in the estimated time frame. I just love this company!!!!!

On Wednesday, 2/24/2016 we experienced a flooding of our basement and family room due to the heavy rainstorm that evening, we were standing in 6 inches of water.   We have used IPS for renovations and repairs previously and quite frankly I did not know who could help me with this mess, so I called Fred in the hopes that he could help me or at least direct me to someone who does this kind of work.   Well even though it was late 11pm, Fred said he would come right away. And so he did, he was at my house within the hour. He brought in all his professional grade equipment-wet.vac, huge dehumidifier,huge blowers.etc. He immediately got to work everything was moved (I use my garage as my painting studio), so there was no loss due to water damage.   He was knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to remove all standing water by moving  everything,and set up his drying equipment which he left overnight.   During this disaster, my daughter called as she too had flooding in her basement.  After setting up the equipment in my house he went to my daughters house and proceeded to do the same for her.  By the time he finished it was the early morning.  I will ALWAYS call Fred whenever I need anything done as regarding  my home-he really came through for us. I need to have some kind of drainage system put in and I most certainly am going to use Fred,for that job and any other property issue.The title of his company is IPS or Integrated Property Solutions-and he is the solution to every property issue.  We highly recommend Fred and his company IPS-reliable,professional,courteous, just wonderful.

Fred came out immediately after I contacted him on Angie's List.  I had initially contacted him about helping me fix a porch beam. He helped me fix it myself. So when I needed someone to fix my leaking roof and storm battered chimney, he was the person I felt comfortable dealing with.  He does things the right way. 
They weren't the cheapest, no.  But after talking to MANY contractors over the summer and fall, Fred was the most thorough.  And I knew they weren't going to take any shortcuts (unlike most others).  There was more damage than initially thought... so it got a little more expensive than anticipated. He was very upfront about the damage being worse (this isn't running up the score, sometimes new problems are uncovered... I'm ok with that).  In fact, I'm glad he did things THE RIGHT WAY so I don't have to worry about it. That ends up being a money saver in the long run.
He and his crew were VERY good.  No nails, no debris, no trip hazards.  Communication was excellent.  No foul mouthed sailors running amok in the yard (except me of course).  They were very courteous, too.  One day, one of his crew saw me struggling with carrying a ladder (I was working on another home project).  I'm partially disabled and have trouble with stuff like that.  The worker bolted off the top of the roof, ran down to the yard, and picked it off my shoulder, then proceeded to set it up for me.  That's just class in my opinion.  They always made sure my gates were shut, so that my dog didn't escape.  
What's great is that even though this was a big project for us monetarily, we felt like we got our money's worth.  And it was done without cutting corners.  They were great every step of the way.   I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone reading this. And we plan on calling Fred first with any other home projects.   If there was a 6 star rating, I'd give it to IPS.  You won't be disappointed!

The roofer came out to inspect the roof pointed out some issues the original vinyl installer failed to do. This prompted me to join Angies List. I had a few workmen come out to look and inspect the job. I felt more confident with IPS IIntegrated Property Solutions. First, the owner of the firm listen to what my issues are and needed to be corrected. He was involved in a task and he said he call me back which he did. (Highly professional) Fred listened and mentioned the possibilities; what the job needs to be called for as the issues of correction. I met with him very shortly with a couple of his gentlemen. We discussed, he observed and he recommended what is needed for the job. Again, he sent one of his gentlemen out to get the dimensions again. (Good move, I rather see a second visit than a second mistake) His man who specializes in vinyl siding corrected the issue by installing the vinyl channel above the windows and the gable area where there was a tremendous amount of light and air leakage in those sections Also, owner agreed and installed a vinyl shield that secures the motion sensor lighting with the rear of the house. It did not have one and it was pulling the vinyl away from the house. I felt confident with the work, this company performed. THEY DESERVE A AA+ FOR SEVERAL REASONS: the conversations, the intense analyzations upon the house visits and the satisfactory work. My mistake, had I known about this company prior, I would have them do the job from the start!  

Fred from IPS was great. The work his crew performed was excellent. He went over and above to make us happy. He was responsive, professional, on time and pricing was reasonable.
