This company is very unprofessional. I paid a deposit to have my garage door repaired and never heard back from the sales manager, Rob. I called more than 3 times to get an update on the repair and each time I was told he needed to check to see if the part had come in and would call me back. Well, I had never received a call back from him and after waiting a month, I ultimately had to call another company to repair my door. I would never recommend this company as they are very unprofessional and will take your money!

Rob was great. I knew nothing about doors but he was very informative. The product they have is commercial grade and has a wonderful warranty. I had Costco out today and although a little cheaper, Globals door is a better product. I decided to go with Global. They have not done the work yet, but I will follow up with additional review once complete. I’m hoping the can squeeze me in quickly to get the project complete before siding is done. Thanks Rob.
