"Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours. ".We called our warranty company at 10:30.Jon and Ray came to our house at 2:00. They went to the front of our house to look at the drainage system as well as the drainage in the basement.
   They were polite and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with both of them.
  We paid $75.00 for a service fee for our warranty company so I am not sure what they charge other customers.
  
   If I ever have any problems I would definitely hire them again.
