"Sorry to regret Mr. Palombo you misunderstood that the gentleman who came to write up the contract for your services was going to be on site at all times. We always inform our customers that a job foreman will be on site at all times. Maybe there was a little confusion on your part there. We are always clear about that. Second we never did any interior waterproofing for your project. Nor did we do any exterior waterproofing for your project. The project we did for you was an exterior coating on the upper wall above the soil similar to stucco a decorative coating above the soil. You knew that we had to excavate as needed up against the house."
