We went with the 1yr service because the insects we have sometimes need more than 1 trip to eradicate them, plus the visits were unlimited if we still had the same problem, but don't expect that. Scheduled visits every quarter are what we wanted as we live next to the woods and our back yard is where the woods begin, so we wanted insect protection year round."
