Great work, reasonable price

Tom was so helpful and flexible in scheduling, then efficient in installing an EV charger and diagnosing a bad outlet elsewhere in the house. He'll be my first call for electrical work in the future!

And even has a sense of humor that makes a job like his more like a couple Bros having beers and chewing the fat! ( no alcohol was involved in the process). It went great. They were very professional, I had some issue with the old panel which he fixed up for me. He was very open with communicating about the work and I was very pleased with them.

I hired Tom to do a mix of light and more serious electrical work in my house. We needed a dedicated circuit run from by panel to the upstairs of my house, some malfunctioning lights troubleshooted, etc. I am really impressed with Tom's professionalism, as well as the deep pride he takes in his work. He really cares about doing things right, and is great about communicating along the way. I would say Tom cares as much about my home as I do, but I would have to work up to his level, lol. Also, I work from home, and Tom was super respectful and careful not to let my inside cats out, was as quiet as possible, etc... I am really weird about having people in my house, maybe a covid hangover thing, and Tom set me at ease and was great to work with! I have more projects coming up, I will definitely call him again.

The electrical inspector said it all, he does excellent work, meticulous. Tom Brown discussed the best options with me about moving the panel, costs and was a professional. I have been sharing his info with family, friends and coworkers. I have some other projects and I will hire him again.
