John L. was THE BEST! In working to swap our over-oven microwave/fan for a hood vent he was tireless in being sure it was done perfectly. The original over-oven microwave install was done poorly, causing a headache in fixing the errors, yet John did not cut any corners. He also checked in about every detail to be sure we were comfortable with what was happening. He listened to our concerns about how poorly the previous fan had been working and made an extra effort to be sure the vent opened very wide for maximum venting. We also asked when booking that the technician wear a mask and John arrived and wore an N95 the whole 4 hours with no fuss. This was our first experience with Mr. Handyman and if all the other technicians are as good as John then we will be using them exclusively from now on. John is like the fix-it dad you wished lived in your same town.

Had a situation at a dental facility where I manage the maintenance and repair work for the building. They reported a leak that seemed to come from the HVAC unit. I hired the HVAC company that we utilize, and they reported it not coming from the HVAC unit and suggested that we have a roofing company come to look at it, which I did. However, they reported it was not coming from the roofing and could not determine where it was coming from. I then hired Mr. Handyman to take a look at it, which he did. He was able to find the source of the leak and repair it. Excellent workmanship, consideration, and responsiveness.

Very well. Every time I have worked with Handyman they have been very nice and professional. I was surprised to find out they work on fences. We use them at our law firm but now that I know about the fence work, I will be calling for my fence.

Tim is very efficient. He is knowledgeable and can apparently see the “big picture”; good with people. More than a handyman!

The handyman scheduled (Tony) did not show for our appointment. The office called to tell us that Tony had a large job before ours and that he would likely be a little late, but that he would show up well within the two hour window allowed from his start time. The office told us that they would keep us advised if things changed concerning the arrival time. Tony did not show up during the two hour window from his scheduled start time, and we never heard from the office. We would not use this company in the future.

Individual was punctual, courteous and quite pleasant. I was quite concerned as the individual was not wearing a mask nor did he offer to put one on. The work was messier than expected in that plaster and dust ended up in items directly under drilling spots; even though there was room to move the items out of the way. Left dirty foot prints in the shower pan. Required my sweeping and cleaning all surfaces after job completed. He did attempt all work that I requested (some shower and bath fixtures could not be replaced due to concern that more damage could occur). The work that was able to be completed was quite reasonable and as I requested. The appointment was also later in the day, so I know he was under time constraints to complete the work.

He was really good and worked quickly. He showed up on-time, was thorough and followed my instructions to the letter.

Excellent! There was one challenge, not the responsibility of Mr. Handyman, as the supplier of the paint color I requested provided two gallons of paint for the two coatings to be applied. The first coating was fine but the second coating had some slight defects in color matching. Mr. Handyman determined the supplier had actually mixed two slightly different colors for the two gallons of paint, and Mr. Handyman worked with the supplier to get the second color corrected, then painted an additional coat at no incremental charge for me. All now looks exactly as I had hoped. I was very impressed with Mr. Handyman's services and will use them again for general projects when needed.

Went great, the technician called and let me know he can start early, went right to work when he arrived and did a great job helping out on the connection to the gas line and assured everything was working before he left.

They installed two faucets for me and did some repair work on some molding on the outside window. They showed up on time and I was satisfied with the work.

I had a draw that was broken, and it came off track and I couldn’t open it at all. I called several people and they were the only ones that were willing to come out. They fixed the problem and got it done in no time. They also fixed several other things around the house as well. I was very pleased. They were right on time and the young man was very professional.

I really liked this company. They were very professional and punctual. It felt like they were super conscience about my needs, and actually cared about my opinions. I would recommend them.
