"I had recently switched to fiber and wanted their higher speeds. That required a cat6 cable, which I had cat5 installed in the house. I put feelers out through Angi and J's Technical Service reached out. He said this should be an hour job, but wanted to come out to verify. Upon the site visit, he said it'd be 2 hours. At that point. I agreed to the work. He's a nice guy and everything works, but there were just few bumps along the way. - Texted at time of original appointment he was running 30min late. - Job was verbally suggested 1 hour, physically quoted 2 hours but ended up taking 3 hours, and it would have gone into 4 hours if we wanted to test it. He wasn't sure if he had cat6 Ethernet cables and we didn't want to pay another hour, so we went to get them days later after the install to then begin use it. - Quote/website doesn't give accepted payment options. I do recommend, but there's some opportunities to grow their small business."

He installed a new Transfer switch in my garage, which enabled my well pump to operate to get water for my farm animals, my fridge to work, gave me lights in the kitchen and master bath & even a couple of outlets to use. The outlets allowed me to use the wifi so I could keep track of the storm. I had no idea any of those things would have been possible. He was extremely fairly priced which could have been 3 times as expensive due to the circumstances. He has done several jobs for me since. He’s an experienced plumber, drywaller, painter, built shelving & hung light fans. He’s a true Mr. Fix It! I highly recommend his services. He even comes to your house with a mobile workshop in a well appointed trailer. Thank Heavens him."

The original over-oven microwave install was done poorly, causing a headache in fixing the errors, yet John did not cut any corners. He listened to our concerns about how poorly the previous fan had been working and made an extra effort to be sure the vent opened very wide for maximum venting. We also asked when booking that the technician wear a mask and John arrived and wore an N95 the whole 4 hours with no fuss.
