We needed the bathroom tiled as soon as possible in a new home purchase . FC Custom tile responded immediately and were ready to complete the job. They worked fast, efficiently and kept things tidy. It is clear that they have amazing skills and knowledge. They also had great suggestions. We were very pleased with the work. The floor looks amazing.

Very efficient and looks great!

Sam did a great job of repairing the grout in my countertop and cleaning and sealing the marble. He went beyond the scope of work and also repaired and re-sealed the back of the counter and even removed and re-sealed the kitchen sink. He clearly knows what he is doing and I am thrilled with the work -- especially that he cleaned and re-grouted many of the seams that were sorely in need of help. I'm grateful for the work done in a timely and efficient manner. He left the area super clean. Oh! Also he cleaned the backsplash too and this was not part of the order. Awesome all around.

FC Custom Tile did our bathroom floor, shower and sink surround, and our kitchen backsplash. These guys were really amazing. They worked tirelessly (including evenings and weekends), provided excellent consultative advice, made changes needed to the work surface at no charge to us, and did the job with professionalism that exceed our expectations - and even exceeded our needs. The price they quoted was at least 20% lower than anyone else's, and the small adjustments to the end price were completely justified and more than reasonable. They came when they said they would, and left the workspace, if anything, cleaner than they found it. To be honest, when they showed up, I had a moment of panic that I'd hired teenagers for the work. Don't let their youth fool you. the reviews are right. These guys are consummate professionals and true craftsmen. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Florin and Sam excel in customer service! With a one day turn around from quote to installation I could not be more pleased. The kitchen backsplash looks stunning! We made a last minute change to the actual tile and Florin went above and beyond in accompanying me to help select a new tile. Even with this unexpected change in plan the team stayed on track and completed the project on time the same day. Highly recommend Florin and Sam. Will definitely call them for my next project!

They did an excellent job installing subway backsplash in our kitchen! Very reasonably priced too.

Even more important than getting it right the first time when things outside of their control go wrong, is making it right by the finish. They worked with me to come up with a design we were very happy about and they followed through to completion despite multiple issues that were out of their control.

After our other installers had to cancel last minute, I contacted FC Custom Tile and Florin responded immediately. He came out and started the tile installation the same day and had the entire job finished in less than 24 hours. The work is top notch and pricing is excellent. I should have called him first!
