"My first impression after the work was that they were prompt, courteous, and accommodating. They also finished way earlier than I expected, leaving the area in good shape. After they left, though, I noticed some details that needed to be fixed. David was quick to fix the first (pretty obvious) problem, but when I found something else (raw wood on a door frame that I had specifically pointed out needed to be painted), he said it wasn't in the contract and offered to come back and do the door frames for more money. When I balked, he offered to come back and touch up the frame for no cost, but at that point, I decided I would do the touch-up myself. This is a good company for turning projects around quickly and doing a competent job, but it really is up to the client to look carefully at the work before agreeing the job is done. That was my fault."
