They also painted the entire interior of my home when I moved in last summer. They are always on time and call me every night to let me know when they'll be there the next morning. "The job started off with the installer not showing up and the contact person, Joe, not knowing why. Turns out, the installer's wife was in contact with someone who had Covid, so he was getting tested. No problem there, except for not notifying anyone. Next, when they did get an installer the following day, the material was not here, when it arrives, it is the wrong size and delays the job again. The job that was supposed to be completed by Thursday, was not done until Saturday. This delay also forced us to stay out of the house for an additional day (at my expense). Though informed of a possible reduction in the cost in compensation for the aggravation, none was given."
