Nothing too major (reattach shower heads removed by first person, holes left unfilled in tile from door replacement)... would recommend taking care of at the time, I wasn't there."

"Long story short: Had a semi professional person come and attempt to tile and install a shower pan. It did not work out. No permit, casket didn't meet wall etc...NIGHTMARE. After a couple of bids, Rick and Michael came out and we just hit it off. They were super attentive and very knowledgable. They were able to salvage as much of the current project and redid the whole pan. They also would take the time and explain the process pre- and during."

"I hired Dorson Jackson of Jackson Construction as my general contractor to perform a kitchen addition and remodel in September 2022. He completely gutted my kitchen, moved a wall to expand the space, and installed new everything (custom cabinets, countertop, tile backsplash, LVP flooring, lighting, plumbing, and appliances). It was a big project so inevitably had a few (pretty minor) hiccups along the way, but he was always quick to respond to and resolve my concerns. I am so pleased with the end result! I recently required a warranty repair due to an issue with my dryer vent (which was moved during the remodel). He had someone at my house the next day to resolve my issue. Dorson is a man of his word and does excellent work. I would not hesitate to hire him again."
