Specifically, he made right when property damage occurred (that was a result of unanticipated weather) and honored original estimate costs even when some contractor labor was much more extensive than first anticipated. After repeatedly not answering texts or phone messages I was berated by Mr. Hawk for being "Mr. Difficult". I ended up buying and changing 3 sprinkler heads so that water would reach everywhere and eliminate brown spots. Terrible customer service !"
