"I asked for estimates from two roofing companies to replace fascia boards so gutters could be put up the following week. Jason scheduled his crew on Sunday in order to do this. The other company wouldn't even bid on this saying I was past due for a new roof and they'd only do if I had them replace the whole roof. They gave e a quote for new roof. I asked Jason for a quote for a new roof. His bid was thousands of dollars less AND he was able to juggle his schedule so they could do everything the following week so gutters could be put up. "Rarely does a person find a service that rates above 5 stars. If it was possible, we would give James Roofing 10 stars for the work they did for us when they re-roofed our house. For us, what started out as a small leak in the ceiling turned out to be caused by other factors. Not only did the shingles start failing, but the roof was never properly installed when the house was originally built, and again 20 plus years ago, when it was re-roofed. James Roofing responded to our request for a estimate for the leak in a timely manner. Not only that, they arrived early and worked every day until the job was done. The initial estimate was for what appeared to be a problem for one section of the roof. On further inspection, they realized that the whole roof had some serious issues. Along with the shingles failure, it was never vented properly. James Roofing was very good at explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. I believe their charges where very fair. Their crew was hard working and courteous. When it was all over, the house looked great. Their extra effort to clean up the debris was appreciated. "Gus, owns this company. He was a subcontractor for DeBella who was contracted to do our root. When we had problems we played tag with DeBella for two years. I finally contacted the subcontractor and let him know I would be filing suit for repairs. He was completely unaware of the damage repair requests. He was able to work and secure the proprietary roofing of DeBella from another company to get the repair made. Even while deathly ill he managed to guide his workers to make the necessary repairs in a vary timely manner. I would recommend him hands down. Very personable. DeBella did not make any attempt to stand behind their guarantee and warrantee< Sadly. I do not recommend them."
