He listened to our concerns about how poorly the previous fan had been working and made an extra effort to be sure the vent opened very wide for maximum venting. We also asked when booking that the technician wear a mask and John arrived and wore an N95 the whole 4 hours with no fuss. This was our first experience with Mr. Handyman and if all the other technicians are as good as John then we will be using them exclusively from now on. John is like the fix-it dad you wished lived in your same town."
