I recently hired Lo's Contracting to (re)paint the outside of my house, including the shutters, window trim, and garage doors. Lo's had painted my house 14 years ago and the paint was still in pretty good shape (!!) but was starting to peel in places and had developed cracks between the cedar boards. As usual, Lo's Contracting did a fantastic job (special shout-out to Eliceo and his crew), performing above and beyond expectations. They dismantled my shutters and painted beneath them, power washed and painted difficult to reach places (e.g., behind large bushes) and were meticulous about the trim work. They even discovered (and promptly fixed) significant dry rot beneath the roof overhang, where a shingle had gone missing. Needless to say they were also on-time, professional, friendly, and made sure I was perfectly satisfied with the results of their work.

Excellent! My flight back from overseas was canceled and rebooked for the following day. As a result, I was unable to contact Amadou to reschedule our initial appointment for an estimate. Despite this, he came to my house anyway, carefully examined the water-damaged pillars, and provided a fair estimate. Amadou always communicates in a timely manner and is very patient in explaining and showing me how to do certain things unrelated to the job. His crew members, Alberto and Lino, were very polite, arrived on time, did an outstanding job, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving each day. I've never had any crew do such a great cleaning job.

I first hired (Amadou) Lo’s Contracting (2021)because I saw his crew doing a great job on a neighbor’s home, and he also did a great job for us doing house painting, garage door replacement and dry rot repair, This second time I hired them (2024), they did a fantastic job for us! The enclosed our back porch to make a beautiful, insulated sunroom, a small deck and a wheelchair ramp. As an added bonus they extended our upper deck to cover the small deck. I highly recommend this hard-working team of excellent carpenters and designers. The were always very professional and prompt

Some friends recommended Lo's Contracting to us, and we couldn't be more happy with their work. Amadou and his team painted the exterior of our house, and our 101 year old house looks fantastic. From day one they went beyond expectations, always punctual, great communicators, fairly priced, and so skilled. From dealing with lead paint, scraping, sanding, priming, power washing and painting, the team did everything so well, even protecting the surrounding landscaping, putting everything back in its place, and just being a friendly group to work with. I have already asked Amadou for another estimate for another house project. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Lo's did a wonderful job on our recent home repairs and remodeling work. Amadou and his crew were a pleasure to work with-- friendly, considerate, on time, fast. Amadou takes time to talk with you about the job to make you feel comfortable about the plans. The work was better than we could have ever imagined, and we had such a positive experience that we decided to re-hire them immediately to paint the exterior of our house.

I had a new door installed. The work was done efficiently and I was very happy with the final result. The location required some additional steps and the contractor was very helpful in adapting the installation perfectly to the site. Communication with the contractor before, during and even after the work was outstanding. I felt very confident in the contractor. He has an excellent customer service ethic and truly strives to please his customers.

The painting crew was great. I liked that they did a walk with me after the scraping, caulking and priming was done to make sure it looked ok to me before they started painting - and then they walked around with me again on the last day and touched up some small things I noticed on the walk around. The work was really nicely done, the crew was nice to work with, and the area around house was left very clean after every day they did work. The cost was one of the the most competitive bids out of multiple companies I had quotes from.

Amadou Lo responded quickly and professionally to our initial inquiry and continued to provide excellent communication throughout the project. The painting crew was thorough, neat, and quiet, and our house looks terrific! Door installation was a little tricky due to the age of the house, but everything was completed on time and on budget, and it's great to have new, well-insulated doors. After having had many experiences with contractors and home repair in three different houses, Lo's Contracting has earned its place as the first call when I need help!

Communication with Amadou was fantastic. Clear, quick, and always available. Manny did great quality work, showed up as expected, and cleaned up everything afterward.

Our one-story 1925 house was badly in need of repainting, with bubbling, cracking, and pealing paint over most of the house. Amadou and the crew did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and were confident in their ability to manage the lead paint removal. We are very pleased with their work, especially considering they had to schedule around the rainy weather. We ended up deciding to go with them over other companies because they could complete both the painting and the patio roof replacement projects (the latter of which was an absolute breeze). We would definitely hire them again.

Amadou and his crew are BEYOND. His quote was a third (!) of the price of a competitor, and they did a fantastic job, and super quick. They worked weekends and holidays to get it done. It looks impeccable.
