"I found Integrity by a referral from a contractor and was not disappointed. They were prompt, courteous, and price competitive. During the install, we found that mice had eaten into the existing flexible ducting so asked if they could replace those as well. Jace and his team were able to pivot quickly to account for the new work and still complete the job by a hard deadline with another contractor, even though the ducting added a very long day of work. A phenomenal team of guys who were polite even after laying in my crawl space for 9 hours.Integrity was also flexible in accommodating our request to use our own Nest thermostats. My only constructive comment would be that they could have routed the lines better if they had taken down more interior Sheetrock (we were going to remodel anyway so this would not have been a big deal in our case). Instead, they routed the lines up the exterior of the building which is not as efficient or aesthetic. In summary though, I was exceptionally pleased with their server."

"My 30-year-old LiftMaster garage door opener stopped working. Marcos gave me 3 different options. I chose the Chamberlain garage door. Marcos removed the old garage door opener, installed the newone and cleaned up in less than two hours."

"I had contacted several handymen and Walt was the first to reply. He was a few minutes late but showed up as we had planned and got right to work. I had forgotten to account for the assembly of the cabinet itself but Walt went ahead and did that part as well while only charging a few extra dollars for the time (it took more time to assemble than hang). The cabinet doors weren't fitting well (product issue) and Walt spent extra time trying to fix it, even calling the manufacturer. He cleaned up afterward and was quite pleasant. I will definitely call on him again."

Not likely. While the occasional spotted lanternfly insect may find its way in, it’s highly unlikely that spotted lanternflies will lay eggs and eventually infest your home because they prefer to live outdoors. If you’re concerned about the bugs getting inside, be sure to examine all humans, objects, and pets before bringing them indoors.

The best termite treatment depends on your specific infestation, home, and budget. According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the most common professional treatments are soil-applied barrier treatments, like liquid termiticides, and termite baits. Bait stations are placed in the soil and work by moving poison back into the colony to kill the queen. For infestations that haven't fully taken root, barriers and targeted termiticides are often the most effective options. Additionally, preventative measures such as moisture removal and installing physical barriers to protect vulnerable wood are important, particularly during construction or remodeling. It is best to work with a termite professional to determine the right treatment for your situation.

No, phorid flies do not bite humans or animals. However, they can still be harmful to humans. Since phorid flies feed on decaying organic matter and are found in unsanitary conditions, they can transmit disease organisms onto foods and food preparation surfaces. If you suspect that your home has a phorid fly infestation, protect your health by taking immediate action to eliminate it.

Yes. While cellar spiders can seem creepy or scary, they’re essential to the ecosystem. They feed on smaller insects in your home or elsewhere, keeping those populations in check. They’re also food for birds and small animals, so if you let a cellar spider live and simply transport it outside your house, you’re letting the natural cycle continue undisturbed.

Yes, crawl spaces can attract bugs, especially since moisture tends to build up in the space, and moisture attracts pests. A good way to prevent pest infestation in your crawl space is to install a vapor barrier—called crawl space encapsulation—on the interior to seal the space, along with a French drain or some other kind of foundation drainage system outside to keep runoff out of your crawl space. You can also seal foundation cracks and repair damages to cut off access to pests.
