Jace and his team were able to pivot quickly to account for the new work and still complete the job by a hard deadline with another contractor,even though the ducting added a very long day of work. A phenomenal team of guys who were polite even after laying in my crawl space for 9 hours.Integrity was also flexible in accommodating our request to use our own Nest thermostats. My only constructive comment would be that they could have routed the lines better if they had taken down more interior Sheetrock (we were going to remodel anyway so this would not have been a big deal in our case). Instead, they routed the lines up the exterior of the building which is not as efficient or aesthetic.In summary though, I was exceptionally pleased with their server."
