I think other plumbers would have said that they needed to come back the next day, but Jon Marc stayed until 10:00 p.m. installing the water heater. The installers were prompt, courteous and stayed until the work was completed (7:30pm). They even fixed and replaced duct work that was not part of the bid and did not charge me more for it. I will use this company for any heating/cooling/plumbing issues in the future. Too bad they don't work on patios and fences!"
