Punctual,fast but thoroughbred

Walt assessed the condition of a toilet and determined it would need to be replaced (as I had expected).  He and Tammy went to Home Depot and picked up a toilet (the price of the toilet is not included in the above), which was a huge help.  While Walt removed the old toilet and installed the new, Tammy worked to remove old caulking and recaulk the bathtub.  They took the old toilet and the box for the new toilet with them, leaving me with a renewed bathroom and no mess.
Walt and Tammy are a fantastic team and I will not hestitate to hire them again.  I currently am building my "Walt and Tammy List."

Walt's Handyman came out. He did a quality job. I thought he was pretty expensive though. His not particularly fast, but, he was thorough. He did a good job. I probably will not use him again, because of his price.

Great. They came on time, clean up after their work and we have always been pleased.

The work went 100% smoothly.  If they tell you they can do something, they will do it correctly. You can trust them without hesitation, and they work well together as a team.

We had several small drywall cracks that needed repair, and our pull-down attic ladder had a bad hinge.  Walt and Tammy were prompt and responsive to these issues, and they also took care of a couple of additional drywall repairs without changing the estimate.  The attic ladder was an unusual repair, as it involved modifying a poorly assembled lower segment, but Walt was able to correct this without issue.  In addition, Tammy noticed some cracked caulking in our bathroom by the tub, which she also repaired for no additional charge.
Overall, we are satisfied with the work done, and we will definitely use the service again for handyman needs.

They took their time, sanded, painted and added caulking for moisture control.  They did a very thorough job.  They showed up on time and worked a very long day and got the job done in one session.  I wold hire them again if the need arises.

Walt arrived promptly, having only agreed to take on the task the evening prior.  He took a look at what needed to be done, and he and Tammy wrote down any materials they would need to gather.  They quietly just went from task to task, completing everything we asked of them.  They were careful of our landscape when working outside and came and went as they needed.  At the end of the job, they wrote out a detailed receipt for the work they completed, and gave us a 10% discount.  It's extremely important to us to be able to count on our contractors, and in the three different experiences we've had with Walt, he's never disappointed us, and is always willing to go above and beyond to meet our schedule requirements.  We would recommend him without reservation.

Walt and Tammy worked quickly, quietly, and very efficiently together.  After viewing the projects and discussing my preferences, they shopped for materials, returned quickly, and worked their way through my to-do list. They cleaned up after each project and removed the trash.  Walt even devised and built a protective method to prevent future problems with the garage door sensors. Not having the knowledge, talent, time, patience, tools, to maintain my home as I like it, I'm delighted to have found Walt's Handyman on Angies List..  It's reassuring to know that the next time something breaks, wears out, or just plain quits, Walt's Handyman is just a phone call away.

An unexpectedly difficult project made easy (for me) by a great team!

On time and polite.  Worked quickly and did a quality job.  Very satisfied with the service.  I would hire them again for similar projects.

He was on Angie's List.  He is an older guy and he and his wife work together.  He was polite and nice, but not particularly excellent at his craft.  He is a very nice man and his wife too.  They were just a couple of people who came to your house and did a medium job of putting in a new door and not sanding it very well and certainly not painting it well and not getting it to fit right in the door jamb.  They meant well, but I would say that they weren't spiffy.  They were pleasant but not professional.  They were nice enough and they showed up.  It wasn't that they didn't come up and they weren't late.  They had a lot going in many other jobs.  They just dropped by and did their thing and left.  It surprised me.  I expected because he could do all things and he probably has in his life.  His wife got on the door and painted something, but not how you and I would paint it.  The price was fine.  In themselves as persons, they were professional.

I needed several small repairs done to the exterior of my house prior to having it painted, which Walt and his wife did beautifully. They also replaced the deck on my shed, and did a wonderful job on that as well. They were quick to respond to my initial request for a bid, accomplished the work within my time frame, did quality work, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. They were also quiet and courteous while doing the work.

I have some interior jobs that will need to be done in the near future, and you can be sure I will call Walt for his assistance when the time comes.
