After installing my water heater at 8:00 p.m. at night, he discovered a manufacturing problem with the water heater. He called another plumber, Peter. Peter was going off shift and was at the office, but got another water heater and brought it to my house so Jon Marc could install it! I think other plumbers would have said that they needed to come back the next day, but Jon Marc stayed until 10:00 p.m. installing the water heater.
