Since the installer told me to ignore odors that would be coating on new parts in the furnace, I did not realize I had a leak for a couple of days. The gas company came to inspect and fix that leak. I am happy with the furnace so far."

They originally scheduled me for an appointment 5 days out, but Nicole watched appointments carefully and moved my appointment to the same day I called.
