It is Dr. HVAC's motto that they will not leave you out in the heat or the cold and stand behind that 100%. I called Dr HVAC about our furnace not working. Scott came out the next day and worked to solve the problem. The decision was made to replace the furnace which they scheduled the very next day. It was installed by Sterling and Jackson. All three men were knowledgeable, efficient and extremely customer oriented. I very much appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

The heat pump was not cleaned properly. They tried to charge me for two year instead of just one year. They did not disclose the full amount that would be charged for cleaning per year.

My AC went out on 7/25. Called Dr. HVAC on the 26th and they had someone out to my house and he fixed the problem within 1 hour of my phone call! Andrew did an incredible job. Great knowledge and professionalism and really, who can beat that kind of timing - 1 hour!

The effect of the work done on my heat was minimal and the correction only lasted a couple of months. The technician suggested that I buy a new internal unit ($3000). A different heating and cooling specialist suggested an alternative, he cleaned the unit and it works.
