They're okay as they did the job. But here was miscommunication within their organization. I called the supervisor and expect some apology for the miscommunication, but he said nothing. That's not cool.

Great interaction with this company from start to finish. I spoke with Steve on the phone, then had many exchanges by email to ensure that they were able to replace the weatherstripping on my garage doors. Devin came and got the job done quickly. He advised that I also get the rollers on each of my doors replaced with nylon ones as they were plastic and likely to become brittle. I'm not sure if that was necessary, but I did notice that my doors move more quietly now. I recommended them to my mom who also needed the weatherstripping replaced on her wood doors. Again, after confirming by email exchanges that they had the material in stock and would be able to do the work, they came and did a great job. Trevor even returned the same day when my mom noticed that there was a gap on one side of the door that she had not noticed before; he took care of that issue within a few minutes.

Great. There was quite a bit of email with my questions beforehand ... i.e. hoping to see and learn about the weatherstripping beforehand. They were patient & helpful. The install appt was smooth. Brian showed me the weatherstripping, did an inventory & check on our existing door & opener before moving ahead ... talked with me ... then got all the work done in a timely fashion! Thank You.

The technician arrived on time with parts required to do the replacement. Was done in the time frame specified. Inspected everything and gave it a thumbs up. Suggested replacement of the track wheels to bearing type which we did. Lubricated all hinges and bearings. We now have a "new" garage door.

The first attempt they wound up breaking one of the springs but they returned and fixed the door at no additional cost in a timely manner. Very responsive and professional. Would use them again.

I would highly recommend All About Doors! A team came out to provide an estimate the same day I called to inquire. Services were scheduled quickly, and I was highly surprised when I received a call to let me know they had a change in their schedule and could squeeze me in a day earlier than anticipated. Communication was handled very well by the onsite technician, both in advance of and during the appointment. The only reason I gave a "B" for Quality is that one of the garage door panels arrived slightly dinged. I opted to keep it for a reduced rate, but that was completely my choice. They would have remedied the situation. Great job!

He had done some previous service for us. They were really good. The pricing was good. It was fair. Now we are getting into our home being a little older and different things being needed. That was something that we needed replaced. They had come out to help us with a repair once upon a time. I was happy with their service, and so didn't think of getting a recommendation from anyone else. They have been very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. Trevor from All About Doors was quick, responsive, and worked unbelievably hard to match our replacement garage door. Our usual garage door company (who will go unnamed) failed to even try to find the replacement door for us. Trevor took on this project like it was his own house and knocked it out of the park. If anyone else needs to have a garage door replacement and needs help getting an exact match for the older remaining doors (I have 4 car garage), this is your company. No other garage door companies I called could do this.

not well, springs were replaced, and somehow the tech broke one of my cables on one of the sides, charged an extra $60 to replace. (I think he used his drill to torque up the springs and over torqued it). he left the cable to the to the door to loose, the next day, the loose cable caught it self and cause the door to be stuck. I am definitely not happy with his mistakes and it seems to me he is not very knowledgeable about garages. The door was still not smooth after everything and he blamed it on my garage door opener. I had it replaced by somebody else and they said the old one was fine.

"We are sorry for any inconvenience our services may have caused you. It is hard to explain the technicalities of what happened with the "broken cable" on the Torquemaster system. The cable on the existing drum/cable/bearing assembly was cut too short when it was installed originally, making it nearly impossible to reuse and still install the spring correctly. It is our company's suggestion to replace the drum/cable/bearing assembly every time that we do a Torquemaster spring replacement. The bearing on the inside of the drum wears out and causes serious issues with the functionality of the system and you cannot replace the bearing only. We noticed that your rollers were causing extra drag on your door, and your operator (with its age) was working roughly. This is always an issue when it comes to having your door function properly. While the door ran decent manually, attempting to use the operator it was causing the door to "jump." This is what causes the cables to go slack and, in turn, come off of the drum. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience or heartache this may have caused you, and if there is anything further that we can do to make you happy - please let us know. We want to please all of our customers. Thank you."

I used their parts and a 12 gauge strap tie from home depot for additional strength. I followed their instructions and the garage door straightened right out and now functions probably a little better than it did before the damage. I like their S bracket better than the cheap "builder quality" bracket that ripped off my door. All of their parts were of thicker gauge than what I had and it made a difference.
