"What can I say?! It was another wonderful experience with Appliance guys!!! Our fridge went out right in the middle of the holiday season causing our family a lot of stress...that is until we called Appliance guys! Arianna made sure we got the first available spot and put our minds at ease. On the day of the scheduled repair Samuel came out and he was exceptional IN... EVERY... WAY! He arrived earlier than scheduled (both times), contacted us beforehand to get our ok to arrive early, wore protective booties in our home, had GREAT manners, a kind heart, and was very knowledgable and conscientious. Pricing was very fair. He knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of us completely. He ordered the part right then and there and was back in short order to get us up and running again. He was even able to improve our situation in the meantime. I've said it before and I'll say it again ... If your appliance fails don't waste time fretting or shopping around. "My wife and I moved into our home last Nov. We completed many renovations that included lots of dust and the vents and returns likely were never serviced, at least not for a LONG time. So, I decided that I wanted my vents to be cleaned. After an attempted bait and switch from a FaceBook solicitation, whom was going to WAY overcharge me, and I declined their service, I casually asked my HVAC guy for a recommendation. He said use Powervac, LLC. I had never heard of them, but trust my HVAC guy, so I called. My initial interaction with Mary was great. She was VERY kind, caring, and informative. They were booked out a couple of weeks (for obvious reasons). She had me scheduled out to 6/18 on the calendar and would call me if any cancellations. She ended up calling me 2x to move the date up and here it is 6/12 and the work is complete! It's really a cool process and the two technicians, Jason and Matt, worked hard, communicated very well, had a great sense of humor, and their teamwork was outstanding! Many companies have lost the art of Customer Service. PowerVac, LLC has not and in fact operates like a well oiled machine. Saved me $300 over the FaceBook ad. Highly recommend them!!!"

"All Fuel saved the day! I took my stovepipe apart to clean it and did not realize that the top flange slips down the pipe. I thought that I had pushed the pipe up through the ceiling support box! Had a roofer out who assessed from topside and told me it looked good up there. I called around to other businesses and they “required” a tier 2 inspection for a cost of $359 and additional charge to come back out. All Fuel had me send photos and advised me that the pipe was fine and that I just needed to pull the end of the pipe upward to reconnect! Free of charge! They are reputable and honest and empathetic. "I do not recommend ABLE Heating and Cooling. I have a zoned HVAC system in my home. I called ABLE in June because I was not getting any heating or cooling in my downstairs zone. We set up an appointment for an ABLE tech to come out to my house and look into my problem and do an over all HVAC system check. The tech found that a valve in my zoning system had failed and needed to be repaired/replaced. He also found that my air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. We setup an appointment for a team to come out and repair my zoning valve and install the new A/C unit. ABLE even gave me a discount because I was having both items taken care of at the same time. The team came out and installed and tested the new A/C unit but didn’t spend much time on the zoning valve. Nor did they test it. After they left, I checked and I was still not getting any hot or cold air downstairs. So, I called ABLE to get the problem fixed. We set a date, but the day of the appointment ABLE called and said that the installation manager who was supposed to do my repair had to cover for someone who had called in sick. This left me wondering why the sick guy’s jobs were more important than mine. It became clear to me that fixing my problem was not a priority for ABLE. I cancelled my service request and requested a refund of the funds I had already paid ABLE for the zoning problem they never fixed."
