Chimney Repair
All Fuel saved the day! I took my stovepipe apart to clean it and did not realize that the top flange slips down the pipe. I thought that I had pushed the pipe up through the ceiling support box! Had a roofer out who assessed from topside and told me it looked good up there. I called around to other businesses and they “required” a tier 2 inspection for a cost of $359 and additional charge to come back out. All Fuel had me send photos and advised me that the pipe was fine and that I just needed to pull the end of the pipe upward to reconnect! Free of charge! They are reputable and honest and empathetic. Corey is a genius! He got our failed system up and working in time for this record cold/wind event and I am basically"in love"! He was so considerate of our floors and our time and us..I am so impressed by your company. all fuel installation is great. all fuel (corey) came out recently to service our fireplace and the whole company was great with communication, timeliness, cost of repair, and ease of service. we just had them come out a second time to problem solve another issue, and they not only backed up their work, but also provided easy resolutions and advice on other aspects that most other companies might not have mentioned. much appreciated!

We selected All Fuel to install a Valor G4 natural gas unit we'd purchased in July 2020. After multiple bids, I noticed they alone didn't "up sell" me nor did their bid leave costs vague. From start to finish, this company was excellent. Following the installation of the gas line, their installation of the unit was efficient and exacting. The team stayed after installation to explain how the G4 was controlled. In Winter 20-21, when we noticed the unit caused the wooden mantle paint to blister, Joe and Eric Camp took the time to help me figure out via email the pros and cons of various solutions, even those that weren't going to require their services. They installed a blower in May 2021 to diffuse the unit's heat. Again, the timing, estimated costs and the coordination with an electrician were spot-on. We noticed they practiced COVID-19 precautions during their visits. Throughout all this, Melony, Kaytlyn & Sheri in their front office were pleasant, efficient, and followed-through. A 2017 Angi's reviewer stated All Fuel was the "...perfect model of a successfully run company." I'd add I wish that all home service companies ran like this one.

All Fuel was easy to work with from the initial estimate through installation and follow-up. Their team members are all professionals, and we felt safe having them provide services in our home even during the pandemic. One of our fireplaces was a bit more challenging than the other, and they handled it with ease. They coordinated the electrician and ran the gas lines. Even the city inspector who examined their work was very complimentary! We'll go to All Fuel for all our gas fire needs on all homes in the future!

I honestly can’t find the words for how wonderful this experience was. From the first call to the end they were very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual! Eric was great explaining what I would need and why I needed it due to new codes. I had had a chimney fire prior, and I felt good knowing he is also a fire inspector, it brought me full confidence. Skylar and Ted performed the install... these guys are great! They work well together, are very respectful and seemed genuinely happy to be helping. They even picked up my new stove at the dealer for no extra charge! I will never use anyone else in the future. Lastly, the office staff is friendly and are happy to answer any questions. Earlier this year, we decided to upgrade our drafty old fireplace with something better. After weighing the pros and cons of a gas vs. wood burning insert, it made more sense (in our particular case) to go with wood. After calling around and visiting several local shops and installers, I decided to go with All Fuel, and am really glad I did. They were professional, courteous, and very patient with all of my questions that I had, and I had a lot. I called them numerous times over the course of a couple months while I researched everything I could about stove inserts. (OCD much? ;-) ) Additionally, Sheri from All Fuel even responded to my texts and pictures when I was deciding which insert to go with. (Ultimately went with a Regency i2400.) The installation guys were fast, the stove looks really nice in our small home, and most importantly, we already noticed a significant reduction in our heating bill as compared to last year, during the tail end of winter. (We have all electric heat otherwise.) During my thorough research, I even came across one other business that flat out said if I was deciding to go with gas, then to just go with these guys for the installation. Upon inspection, the man from the city who came by didn't stay long, once he knew that All Fuel did the work. A+ in my book.

Wonderful! Prompt, professional, courteous. I cannot say enough nice things about them. Even the county inspector, that came the next day, noted how well done the work was. They tried to help me over the phone. Thought we had it done but no. So they came out and found problem and fixed it. Also since he was here he cleaned it and put new embers in and set it up perfectly. Great customer service. all employees I have dealt with from there have been very professional and very nice.

Excellent. All Fuel has some of the best project management I've experienced with service providers. They were on time, checked in at 2 weeks out, a few days in advance, and day of. Very reasonable rates and friendly, professional staff. Everything looked fantastic after the install, and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them. They handled all licenses and permits, and had a city inspector out almost next business day.

Pretty good. He wasn’t sure what was causing the fuel problem at first. He thought that it might be the wiring but it wasn’t. Then he had to call someone who said to check for spider webs in the gas orfice. That was the problem.
