We had an estimate. A new washer was a better option.

What can I say?! It was another wonderful experience with Appliance guys!!! Our fridge went out right in the middle of the holiday season causing our family a lot of stress...that is until we called Appliance guys! Arianna made sure we got the first available spot and put our minds at ease. On the day of the scheduled repair Samuel came out and he was exceptional IN... EVERY... WAY! He arrived earlier than scheduled (both times), contacted us beforehand to get our ok to arrive early, wore protective booties in our home, had GREAT manners, a kind heart, and was very knowledgable and conscientious. Pricing was very fair. He knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of us completely. He ordered the part right then and there and was back in short order to get us up and running again. He was even able to improve our situation in the meantime. I've said it before and I'll say it again ... If your appliance fails don't waste time fretting or shopping around. There's nobody better than this company. Truly!! See for yourself! I've used them more time than I can count and I've never once been anything but extremely impressed! Our 2004 Dacor cooktop/oven started ringing incessantly with a display of the "F1 Error code." After an efficient scheduling call to Appliance Guys Portland, OR, Canh Nguyen came out. He quickly diagnosed the problem and later emailed me a link to Ebay that I could use to buy the replacement clock part no longer stocked by the manufacturer. Canh came back out and replaced the part and the problem was solved. I noted he paid attention to (my) time and just got the job done. Cahn was super efficient. Canh is a pleasant, low-key guy. I'll be calling AG back when my next appliance goes out.

Patrick was great; very personable and full of great information. The dryer repair was done quickly and (so far) seems to have corrected the problem (heating element). We've used these guys before and have always had a positive experience.

The necessary part is no longer being produced.

It went GREAT! It ALWAYS goes great with Appliance Guys!! Owner Glenn came out, had the high quality replacement part with him, and quickly gave us a fully functioning washer again. He wore a mask. He wore booties. He was right on time and personally called when on his way. He was his usual very kind, respectful and conscientious self. He has personally done work for us in the past repairing both our refrigerator and dishwasher. He is always very fair in his pricing and does efficient, careful, meticulous work. We trust him completely! Arianna, his office manager, was very available and helpful making sure that we got on the schedule a.s.a.p. with Glenn at a day and time that worked best for us. She is extremely easy to talk to and always puts our minds at ease. This company is a perfect example of what CONSISTENT EXCELLENCE looks like. We have never had an experience with them that has not been exemplary. I can't imagine us going anywhere else, ever, for our appliance repair needs. Thank you, Arianna! Thank you, Glenn!

Thanks to Sean, we have a working oven again! He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part with him and installed it. He was very personable and offered helpful tips and recommendations for related products. It's my 3rd time using Appliance Guys and will definitely continue to call them when needed!!

I requested estimates from 3 companies to repair the fume fan on my 30 year old cooktop. The fan motor had seized up. One company never returned my query. Another one asked for details, informed me that the cooktop was too old and they couldn't service it. Appliance Guys sent over a guy who took the fan back to his shop, opened the motor, and replenished the oil in the bearings which had dried out. It now is working great, and hopefully for another 30 years. This was not a part that Amana Corp. intended to be serviced, but Glenn the tech was able to do it. The whole job also came in $44 below estimate, which was cool.

Kevin was impressive. The refrigerator had been making a noise for more than a week but, of course, it was silent when he arrived! Just from my description he had enough knowledge and experience to determine the fan was failing. He ordered the part and replaced it.

The scheduler said that this was a simple fix. I explained that the stove is built into the counter. She said that was not an issue and suggested it was a very straightforward repair. When the guy came to repair he said that he would have to remove the oven from the wall to access the stove built into the counter. He said it would cost more to fix than the stove was worth- hundreds of dollars. So we said forget it but we still had to pay him $97 for the 4 minutes he was here... seems like the scheduler could have said that it was expensive and complicated to fix an igniter when the stove is built into the counter.

Came ontime. Worked fast and completed job in 15 minutes.

Excellent, they fixed it quickly and told us how to troubleshoot if we have same issue again.

Brandon gave me a call letting me know when he would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the starter for the compressor. I really appreciated the education I received about how the fridge works. He did an excellent job.

Kevin was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the problem with dryer and promptly fixed it. Service was professional and friendly. Highly recommended. Definitely will us this company for any future appliance issues.

Smoothly and very professionally. Final cost was under the estimated cost that was quoted. Patrick came out and diagnosed the issues with our 20 year old refrigerator, ordered the parts (condenser fan and start relay) and installed the parts in a very timely manner. Very professional and knew exactly what was wrong within a few minutes. Would recommend to my family and friends.

Service provider quickly diagnosed problem and all working normally.

The guys where great, showed up on time and had the job done in no time.
