We sell and service Softub brand spas/hotubs. We sell a wide variety of wood stoves, gas stoves, pellet stoves, fireplaces and accessories. We subcontract service and installation of our hearth products. We have several financing options available and also accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. We have sales and promotions throughout the year. We display twice per year (spring and fall) at the Lane County Home & Garden and Home Improvement Shows. We offer classes with the purchase of new sewing machines and also host a bi-monthly Viking Sewing Club.

It’s possible to convert an electric dryer to a gas dryer, but it’s not practical or cost-effective. Venting a gas water heater out of the roof is preferable in most cases. Heated exhaust gases naturally rise, so a vertical vent pipe is efficient. If you’re trying to vent through a pipe exiting a wall, the angle of the pipe may be more horizontal than vertical, making the venting system less effective. If you go through a wall, you may need to add a fan to ensure a successful expulsion of the gases outdoors.

Fixing a gas leak costs about $45 to $150 per hour for a plumber or gas line specialist. The job’s overall cost will vary depending on the location of the leak. A leaky junction or connection behind the stove or dryer will likely cost about $120 to $170. But for a leak that requires a gas fitter or plumber to excavate a pipe in the yard, the cost could rise to $1,500 to $5,000.
