It went well. Still some ants around but a lot of dead ones too. May have a respray after 10 days if I keep seeing ants. We liked our technician. Very thorough. Very polite. He focused on the problem at hand.

Very good, walked through the house to see the points of entry and sprayed all the baseboards. Then sprayed the outside foundation. Been two days and haven't see any ants.

Horrible .... 8 months in I gave up and started asking for money back. Owner came up with excuses and would not back “100%” guarantee. I filed complaints with both BBB and state attorney generals office for failure to act according to websites guarantee. Owner refuses to back service.

killed hornets. The receptionist said the stump would be dug up to get to hornets. It was not. Just killer sprayed into root area of the stump which was a fallen over tree. I called her back and asked if there was a different price since stump not dug under and was told no,

It is a great service. They arrive, they do their work, they leave. They do not bother me by asking when they know what I want done. They will, however, if I desire, announce their arrival and their departure and ask if there is anything else they can do. It is a great company and I have been using them for a few years and have had no trouble with them or any bugs.

Great. They had indicated that their first treatment might leave some surviving wasps, and asked us to call again if this happened. It did, and they promptly came out and removed the whole nest. Very professional, very courteous, very effective.
