He quickly identified the kind of bees that were building a home in our wall and was able to remove them quickly, efficiently and most important, SAFELY! From the point in time where I entered an inquiry he was at my home an hour later and getting the job done. Owner, Reed Morrison, is professional, highly knowledgeable, honest, thorough and passionate about his work. These qualities coupled with reasonable rates put him head and shoulders above his competition. As a local small business he is committed to doing quality work and going the extra mile - which he needed to do with my job when new and big challenges were discovered in my attic clean out. On top of it all - he's an absolute pleasure to work with! I wholeheartedly recommend him.

So far he did the treatment and seemed to do a very thorough job. Gave a price ,(very reasonable), arrived on time, was professional but very personable!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Came back to check and found rodent droppings plus moved one trap to a different area (because of no droppings) and filled holes with pebbles. Hopefully rodents will be ELIMINATED! Coming back in Feb.

Professional and understoon job.

Reed came out in two days after my initial contact to assess our situation with roof rat intrussion. He identified two roof top entry points, and two other potential problems. He conducted a thorough interior investigation of our eves. He scheduled the work and was able to fit it into a busy schedule and accomplish it within a week. One of the best things is that he is willing and able to do both drawing the rats out AND exclusion when that's next. Another outfit only wanted me to sign up for a life time contract, with no way to ID the entry point(s). They wanted to control the problem with outdoor controls. They were unable/unwilling to get up on the roof. Reed secured the entry points, so that further intrusion is eliminated for the foreseeable future. In my case, entry was at the place where two dormers had been added to our home over the past nine years. He caged in the openings nicely. And all this for what I considered a very fair price. I never hope to hear a rat in my ceiling again, but if I do, 503 Pest is my first an only call. DBJ
